Meet The Team

Jane and Fiona established Associate Development Solutions (ADS) Ltd in 2011 in response to the need for reliable, high-quality independent expertise to support public sector services. Since then, Jane and Fiona have grown the business with a carefully handpicked team of subject matter experts with the drive and professionalism to deliver on their vision. Together, they provide bespoke solutions for service and professional development, underpinned by public sector expertise, to both the public and private sectors.

Jane Sedgewick

Before forming ADS, I was a Regional Lead for CAMHS with the National CAMHS Support Service for 7 years, as well as a National Workforce Lead for part of that, where I used my expertise in working across the public sector both nationally and regionally, including planning, commissioning, overseeing and reporting to national organisations and government departments on large projects with external partners.

I have experience of service development and deliver this with strong transformational leadership and using a variety of tools and facilitation techniques, whilst maintaining a sensible and practical approach. Working across the three main agencies that provide services for children has given me an understanding of all of them. In addition, I am a qualified clinician, having extensive involvement in CAMHS and working with all organisations involved in children’s health and wellbeing.

In setting up Associate Development Solutions Ltd with my former colleague, Dr Fiona Warner-Gale, we have been able to use our previous experience in a new setting, particularly focusing on leadership and organisational development.

Dr Fiona Warner-Gale

My core skills are underpinned by my experience of working in the public sector and within academic institutions, as a clinician, service manager, joint commissioner, educator, author and academic. Recently I have been leading on service improvement and redesign, whole systems change, research and evaluation, training, and toolkit and product development on a regional and national basis.

My breadth of knowledge and expertise enables me to work in partnership with individuals, teams and organisations from a range of sectors, ensuring a collaborative approach to change. Qualified at PhD level and with significant knowledge of research methodology, I bring a strong analytical focus to my work in service improvement and professional development.
