Here are just a few of the things our amazing Midlands Young Advisors can do:
The Let’s Get Mental! Conference
In 2019, our Young Advisors designed and delivered their own mental health conference, entitled Let’s Get Mental! and in 2020, they were back with Let’s Get Mental, Again!
Both events were a great success and featured some fascinating presentations and activities, including mindfulness workshops, therapy dogs and a Q+A with young people who had previously accessed mental health services.
Needless to say, people are already talking about 2021! There are no plans yet (watch this space?) but do keep an eye on the Young Advisors’ web page and Twitter feed for updates.
