The Children and Young People’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Profiling Tool is designed to help commissioners, clinicians, service providers, service users and their families to understand and meet need. It enables tool users to benchmark a given area against similar populations, a different region or the whole of England, using publicly available data on topics such as identification of need, primary prevention and protective factors.
