Day 1 – Setting the Scene

Day 2 – Working Collaboratively

Block Two: 25–26 February 2026
Day 3 – Factors Shaping Wellbeing
Attitudes; brain development; trauma; attachment.
Day 4 – Effective Case Management
Duty of care; assessment; cultural awareness (4Cs); 5P formulation; working with families; assessment to discharge; risk & learning from SCRs; self-harm & suicide; caseload management.
Block 3: 25–26 March 2026
Day 5 – Group Dynamics
Group dynamics; drama triangle; cognitive dissonance; balance theory; groupthink; conflict styles; compassionate challenge.
Day 6 – Specific Presentations
Prevalence quiz; introductions to neurodiversity, OCD and psychosis via a recovery oriented, anti-stigma lens; personal / professional development planning.

Is this accredited or recognised for CPD?
The programme is designed as six CPD days.
What’s the cohort size?
We run small groups (8 – 16) to ensure interaction, practice, and feedback.
How much does it cost?
Fee: £696 for 6 days (£116 per delegate per day). Multibooking options may be available—ask us if you’re sending a team.
Can our service pay by invoice?
Yes. Simply raise a purchase order (PO) with your finance team and provide us with the Purchase Order (PO) so that we can invoice your organisation. Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Payments can be made direct via BACs or via Tradeshift if your organisation is registered.
What are the cancellation / substitution terms?
- Substitutions are welcome up to the day prior to programme start at no charge.
- Cancellations ≥28 days before Day 1: full refund.
- Cancellations 14–27 days: 50% fee refund.
- Cancellations <14 days or nonattendance: no refund.
Will I receive materials or follow up support?
Yes—participants receive course materials and are encouraged to apply learning between blocks.
Services can additionally purchase mentoring / coaching and / or “bolt-on” topics such as Eating Disorders, Introduction to CBT, and Introduction to DBT to extend knowledge, skills and impact.
